Back by popular demand! I will be running weekly classes starting in January which will be held in the hut in Belmont Park. We will be using the nice big room downstairs, and the best way to enter this will be from the back of the hut.

 

When you come in, take your shoes off at the door, find a space to set up your mat and take some time for yourself to sit quietly and relax before the start of the class.

Book:

  • Spaces are limited to ensure you get the most out of your class, so please get in touch to book

​

Arrive:

​

  • 5-10 minutes early to get settled and sign in

 

Wear:

​

  • Comfortable clothing that you can move easily in

 

Bring:

​

  • Your own yoga mat

  • Comfy socks or a blanket for the wind down at the end of the class

  • Cash for payment
